All Candy Floss Princess Party bookings will be confirmed by email, further correspondence may be sent via text message, face book message or whatsapp message.
All Candy Floss Princess Party bookings require a deposit to secure your chosen party date. All Candy Floss Princess Party deposits are non refundable.
Candy Floss Princess Parties will give a full refund if extreme weather conditions prevent us from traveling, unless another date is agreed.
If you cancel your party 4 weeks in advance, Candy Floss Princess Parties will issue a refund within 28 days, a £25 admin fee will be deducted.
If you cancel your party less than two weeks in advance. Candy Floss Princess Parties will give no refund.
If Candy Floss Princess Parties agrees a refund, this will be issued within 28 days.
Candy Floss Princess Parties may add a travel charge to your party price. This will be discussed at the time of booking.
If paying by cheque, the cheque will need to clear before your date is secured. Cheques are made payable to Candy Floss Princess Parties.
Candy Floss Princess Parties does not give compensation for cancelled parties.
Candy Floss Princess Parties requires your party balance to be paid in full 5 days before the party date.
The right to use Candy Floss Princess Parties is not transferable and the hirer may not transfer or sub let the booking.
Candy Floss Princess Parties invoice’s will be sent via email.
If you wish to cancel your Candy Floss Princess Party booking, this must be done via email.
Candy Floss Princess Parties reserves the right to cancel any party/event at anytime, this includes - if we feel we could be putting our selves at risk of possible physical or mental harm or if we feel that we could be unsafe or if we feel threatened before or during the party.
Candy Floss Princess Parties are based on 8 children, if adding extra children – more than (8) we will charge £10 per head thereafter 8.
If you require your party to be a joint party a fee will be added.
Guests only are permitted to join in the Candy Floss Princess Party.
Candy Floss Princess Party extras including extra children thereafter 8 are not included in the party price.
After you have booked your Candy Floss Princess Party and paid the deposit, any changes you would like to make need to be made via email up to 14 days before your party date i.e. number of children, or adding extras etc. Please be advised that changes will only be made when you have received an email back from us.
Duration of Candy Floss Princess Parties are between 1 & 2 hours depending on which party is chosen.
Candy Floss Princess Parties reserves the right to prohibit the use of party items/products at its discretion.
Candy Floss Princess Parties are not permitted to add extra items to the party than stipulated on the party specification.
Candy Floss Princess Parties requires one or more adult to be present at the party venue and the duration of the party.
Candy Floss Princess Parties can be held in your home or a venue of your choice.
Please allow Candy Floss Princess Parties one hour setting up time and 45 minutes to pack away.
Candy Floss Parties will pack all party items away but is not responsible for mess of party room’s floor and walls. We request you remove any breakables and valuables from the party room.
Candy Floss Princess Parties provide all items that are listed on the party description.
Candy Floss Princess Parties will need use of a table, x2 chairs, microwave/hob, bowls, spoon, water, TV (the TV will need to consist of red, white yellow connections) for karaoke, 5 plug sockets, Electric and where necessary extension leads.
Candy Floss Princess Parties “Child Permission form” will be issued via email, the form needs to be printed and distributed to each parent/carer for them to sign to give permission for their child/children to take part in the party, and there must be one form per child signed, stating parents name and Childs name.
Candy Floss Princess Parties Parent permission forms are required for each child; this gives the opportunity to advise of allergies or a treatment that the child/children are not allowed for which ever reason.
If a child/children do not have a signed Candy Floss Princess Parties permission form at the start of the party, they will not be able to take part.
Candy Floss Princess Parties will give no refund for children not taking part on the day of the party.
Candy Floss Princess Parties requires there to be adult supervision for the chocolate fountain/fondue.
Candy Floss Princess Parties supplies a Chocolate fountain/fondue; this will be supplied with one large bar of chocolate and bag of marshmallows.
Candy Floss Princess Parties drinks fountain is for hire only and you will need to provide the drink of your choice.
Candy Floss Princess Parties can supply party bag’s, these are an optional extra, contents of the party bags may vary to those described, as from time to time certain items listed may not be available.
Candy Floss Princess Parties will only use pictures on the Candy Floss Princess Parties website and all social media that we have had permission to use.
Candy Floss Princess Parties are insured for public liability. Candy Floss Princess Parties are unable to accept responsibility for actions or damage caused by party guests.
Candy Floss Princess Parties are not responsible for content/service provided by third party website.
Your party host will require room to park within 5 meters from the party venue; we may charge you extra if we are required to pay for parking.
Candy Floss Princess Parties may run over the stipulated party time, your party host will advise you of this during the party.
Parents/carers are not permitted to use the Candy Floss Princess Party items/products, paint children’s nails or use make up.
Candy Floss Princess Parties booking time is when the party starts and finishes.
Setting up time is not included in your Candy Floss Princess Party time.
You will have a 15 minute window time for refreshments/food.
1.2 Where a party is outside of our normal geographic area that we cover we may charge a fee to cover these extra expenses. You will be informed of this at the time of booking. Please contact us if you want more information regards this.
